About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to The Buyers Blueprint course, member community, live Q&A sessions and any one-on-one strategy sessions you purchase or access from Simplify Real Estate.

By purchasing, accessing or using any of these products or services, you agree to these terms.

Simplify Real Estate is operated by Simplify Real Estate, ABN 90 634 484 585.

Education, not advice

The Buyers Blueprint, including its course materials, resources, community, live Q&A sessions and one-on-one strategy sessions, has been created for general educational and informational purposes only.

The information provided is general in nature and does not take into account your individual circumstances, objectives, financial position or the specific characteristics of any property or transaction.

Nothing provided by Simplify Real Estate should be relied upon as legal, financial, taxation, accounting, building, planning, conveyancing or other professional advice.

Property laws, regulations, market practices and requirements can change over time and may differ depending on the property, transaction and jurisdiction. While we aim to keep our educational materials current and accurate, we do not guarantee that all content will immediately reflect changes to laws, regulations, market practices or other requirements.

Before making a property, financial or other significant decision, you should undertake your own due diligence and obtain appropriate independent professional advice relevant to your circumstances.

Any examples, scenarios, property information, calculations, figures or other illustrations used throughout the course or during sessions are provided for educational purposes only and should not be treated as representations, recommendations or guarantees of likely outcomes.

Simplify Real Estate provides education to help you better understand the property buying process. The final decisions remain yours.

Your course access

Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use The Buyers Blueprint and its associated resources for your own personal education.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, course access is intended to be available for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Simplify Real Estate may modify, suspend or discontinue the course, platform or associated services before the end of that period where reasonably necessary. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of any material change to your access.

We may also suspend or terminate your individual access where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, misused the course or services, shared your account or course materials, or otherwise used the service in an unauthorised manner.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in The Buyers Blueprint and associated Simplify Real Estate materials remain the property of Simplify Real Estate or its licensors.

This includes, without limitation, course videos, recordings, slides, written content, checklists, guides, templates, glossaries, downloads, graphics, branding and other resources.

Purchasing access to the course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You must not copy, reproduce, record, modify, republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, share or otherwise commercially exploit any course material without our prior written permission, except to the extent permitted by law.

Live Q&A sessions

Where your purchased tier includes live Q&A sessions, you will receive access to those sessions for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Live Q&A sessions are intended to provide general education, discussion and clarification of concepts relating to the property buying process.

They do not constitute individual legal, financial, taxation, conveyancing or other professional advice, and the general educational disclaimer in these terms continues to apply.

Live Q&A sessions are generally scheduled weekly. From time to time, a session may need to be rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to public holidays, illness, availability or other reasonable circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material scheduling changes.

One-on-one strategy sessions

Where your purchased tier includes one-on-one strategy sessions, those sessions provide an opportunity for individual discussion, education and support relating to the property buying process.

Strategy sessions remain educational in nature and do not replace advice from appropriately qualified legal, financial, taxation, conveyancing, building, planning or other professional advisers.

Unless Simplify Real Estate has separately agreed in writing to provide a different service under a separate agreement, a strategy session does not constitute buyer advocacy, property valuation, legal review, financial advice, building advice, conveyancing advice or formal due diligence on a particular property or transaction.

You remain responsible for your own property and financial decisions and for obtaining appropriate independent professional advice where required.

Where your package includes two one-hour strategy sessions, those sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Sessions are arranged directly with you and are subject to availability.

If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice.

Where insufficient notice is provided, or you do not attend a scheduled session, we may treat that session as having been used, except where it would be unreasonable to do so in the circumstances.

Strategy sessions are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or resold unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Member community

Where your purchased tier includes access to the Simplify Real Estate member community, you agree to participate respectfully and responsibly.

You must not post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, deceptive, confidential, infringes another person's rights, or promotes or advertises your own products or services without our permission.

Information, comments and opinions posted by other community members are their own. They do not necessarily represent the views of Simplify Real Estate and should not be treated as advice, recommendations or representations made or endorsed by Simplify Real Estate.

You should independently verify information provided by other community members before relying upon it.

We may moderate or remove content and may suspend or remove community access where we reasonably consider this necessary to protect members, maintain the community or address a breach of these terms.

Payments

All prices are stated in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide when purchasing is accurate and that you are authorised to use your selected payment method.

Any promotional, introductory or launch pricing applies only for the period or on the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Except where required by law or otherwise expressly agreed by us, we do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind after purchasing a product or service.

If you believe there is a problem with a product or service you have purchased, please contact us at adam@simplifyrealestate.com.au so that we can review the circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, your rights under that law apply regardless of anything else contained in these terms.

Changes to the course and services

We may update, improve or modify course content, resources, community features, technology, session formats or scheduling from time to time.

This allows us to keep the program relevant, improve the customer experience and respond to changes in property laws, regulations, industry practices and technology.

We will not knowingly make a material change that removes a substantive benefit you have already purchased where doing so would breach your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Third-party services and links

The course, website or community may refer or link to third-party websites, businesses, professionals, platforms, products or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a reference or link does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Simplify Real Estate.

Third-party products and services are provided independently of Simplify Real Estate, and you should make your own enquiries before engaging or relying upon a third party.

Availability and technology

We aim to provide reliable access to our website, course platform and online resources, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party platform outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant interruption within our control materially affects a service you have purchased, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or otherwise address the issue.

Your information

We collect, use, store and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and is available on our website.

By using the website or purchasing our products and services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or protections available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
